  • Regarding Payment of the Difference Due to Change of Drop-off Point
    We apologize, but we do not handle payment of the difference amount inside the vehicle. In principle, you are required to register a credit card in advance, and the difference amount will be settled.
  • Can you help transport luggage?
    Our service focuses on passenger transport and is not for cargo transportation. We do not accept transport of luggage only or use for the purpose of transporting luggage.
  • Is eating and drinking allowed in the vehicle?

  • Can I bring a pet?
    When bringing a pet in the vehicle, please have it in a cage beforehand. If you do not have a cage, you may not be able to board.
