Service Provision Period

Services are provided according to the date, time, and content described in the reservation confirmation email sent by our company after reservation and payment are completed.

Payment Timing

Regarding Cancellation/Changes

Cancellation Fee

● Up to 3 days before the scheduled usage date: No cancellation fee

● 2 days before the scheduled usage date to the day before: 50% of the usage fee

● On the scheduled usage day or no-show cancellation: 100% of the usage fee

Regarding Refunds

If a refund is required based on the cancellation policy,
 a refund will be processed through the payment method used for the original payment.

※The refund period varies according to the regulations of each payment service provider.
